HELLO MUSIC PLATFORM DMCA POLICY

1. Introduction
Zdravei Group Ltd., located at 7 Viktor Hugo St., Sredets District, Sofia, Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects users of the Hello Music platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy governs the actions we will take in the event of copyright violations.

2. Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement
2.1. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in violation of your copyright on the Platform, you can submit a DMCA notice of copyright infringement. To be valid, the notice must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • A description of where the infringing material is located on the Platform so that we can locate it.

3. Consequences of Filing a Notice
3.1. Upon receiving a valid notice of copyright infringement, the Company will take the following actions:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the material about the removal.

4. Filing a Counter-Notice
4.1. If you believe that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice. To be valid, the counter-notice must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the user submitting the counter-notice.
  • A description of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A sworn statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your contact information, including address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in your district, or if you are outside of Bulgaria, to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.

5. Consequences of Filing a Counter-Notice
5.1. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, the Company may restore the removed material, unless the copyright owner files a court action within 10 business days to prevent the restoration.

6. Repeat Infringers
6.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the Platform for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
